John Thomas Sees has practiced bankruptcy and credit
law since he was graduated from law school in 1980.
He has served as lead counsel in a number of
important debtor's rights cases against some of the
nation's largest creditors and law firms. He has
successfully defended debtor's interests in the federal
courts and in state tribunals up to and including the
Indiana Supreme Court.
John Sees opened his bankruptcy practice in Marion in
April, 2008. He grew up near Huntington, Indiana and
previously practiced in Indianapolis before returning
to the area to establish his office in Marion.
He is a Magna cum Laude (with high honors) graduate
of the Indiana University School of Law and received
his undergraduate education at Purdue and Ball State
Universities.
